At SATORI KENSHO COMPANIONS we believe in training our dogs to give them direction and purpose in their lives. I personally don’t want an animal that was raised to be dangerous or threatening for no reason at all. I prefer dogs that think and respond appropriately to simuli correctly. This means my dogs have to be intelligent, alert, and discerning in a way that must often times be taught to the animal and reinforced when displayed appropriately. We don’t praise our dogs for doing the wrong thing. We don’t rough them up, throw them around, tease them, or encourage them to be aggressive towards humans. Contrariwise we love them! With love and trust these dogs will naturally defend you, their home, your belongings, and also know not to simply respond to just anyone in a threatening manner unless of course a threat presents itself. We keep our animals in outside kennels when unsupervised for their own safety just as much as the safety of anyone else. We don’t want them getting bored and trying to roam the neighborhood. We give them one on one attention, as well as attention as a group. We praise and reward good behavior reinforcing desired behaviors and do what we can to deter negative behaviors so the dogs know what is absolutely unacceptable. One thing about these dogs is that when they love and trust you they never want to disappoint you. Once bonded to you, your family, your child, and their conditions and circumstances there’s nothing they would not do for you. NOTHING AT ALL.

Demetrice Sightler has spent many years of his life with his interest and focus set upon science. More specifically biological and philosophical arts and sciences. He started with a UKC (United Kennel Club) pitbull program in the late 90’s and early 2,000’s. That entire program called HYPNOTIC KENNELS was based on the intellect and knowledge of Demetrice Sightler that included science, advertisement, music, genetics and many other specific talents. After making a few very successful business deals and breedings as the UKC Pitbull was evolving into the ABKC American Bully, there were situations that arose causing for Demetrice to step away from the American Bully crowd and for the Hypnotic Kennels program to shutter causing for Demetrice to switch lanes into the breeding of SPANISH TIMBRADO CANARIES. These little birds brought Demetrice the same sorts of joy and scientific fascination as the pitbulls he was keeping in the years previous. His knowledge of breeding and pairing as well as husbandry and genetics grew tremendously during this time. Between his studies of art, history, music, design and various imperative scientific simplifications such as cause and effect he has found his way back to a main passion of his, in the raising, keeping, and eventually the propagation of his own refined bloodline of ADBA American Pit Bull Terrier.

Husbandry and Training
The Sightler family personally feeds, grooms, and trains our stock ensuring the health and intelligence of our animals. They are given quality high-protein kibble as well as fresh organic meats and vegetables to supplement their nutrition. They may be given other minerals and supplements to cover their individual needs. We know that feeding and nutrition lend to the alertness and various drives of our animals. Our dogs must meet rigid standards to ensure quality and satisfaction especially as that pertains to health and temperament. Because we offer export service to select countries that allow the import of A.P.B.T’s we make sure our animals can be crated and can handle long distance flights and travel. ALL EXPORTS MUST BE HEALTH CHECKED AND CERTIFIED BY A LICENSED VETERINARIAN. These costs are included in the purchase price of the animals contracted to be sent. ALL EXPORTS REQUIRE AN EXPORT CONTRACT provided in our purchase packages.
